The Gryd Map is a geospatial view of the Gryd permit database. Browse neighborhood activity and search by address to see a property's permit history.
What is a property report?

What's the difference between a Property Report and a Record Download?
Property Report is a feature on the Gryd Map that allows you to access the permit and contractor history on a single property. A record download is when you download rows of data from our database of contractors and permits via CSV.
What contractor details do you track?
Business name, license number, license status, trade specialty, phone numbers, email addresses, HQ address, and project history.
Can I find a list of contractors by specialty?
Yes, with our Pro plan you can search contractors in your state and filter by trade specialty, project type, average contract value, license status, contact information, and total permits.
What search filters are available in Gryd Explorer?
Geographic filters (state, county, city, zip), project filters (permit sector, property type, project type, project status, time frame), and contractor filters (trade specialty, contract value, license status, contact info, project history).
Do you offer a free trial?
Our free plan allows you to browse the Gryd Explorer platform and use the Gryd Map to research individual properties with access to 2 property reports per month.
Is billing monthly or annual?
You can choose between annual or month-to-month pricing for our Core and Pro plans. Annual billing includes a discount over month-to-month.
