You can now search using natural language at the top of the search filters. Just describe the type of project or contractor you’re looking for — no need to pick the right filters or know exact terms. We’ll interpret your query and surface the most relevant results automatically.

Electrical Work Classifier Updated + New Low Voltage Classifier

We improved how we identify electrical work permits — fewer false matches, more accurate results. We also launched a brand-new low voltage classifier that catches permits for things like security alarms, surveillance cameras, network cabling, A/V systems, and WiFi installations. These updates mean better lead coverage and more accurate permit tagging.
