How much does it cost?
Gryd offers four options, depending on how much data you need and how you want to access it:
- Free: $0, no credit card required. Look up individual properties by address, with 2 property reports per month, including permit history.
- Core: Starting at $150 per month ($125 per month when billed yearly). Search multiple properties and projects, with 50 property records and month-to-month billing.
- Pro: Starting at $480 per month ($384 per month when billed yearly). Adds Smart Search, contractor search, saved searches with weekly alerts, and 1,000 record downloads per month.
- Premium: Custom pricing. Multi-state or national data, with API access, bulk data delivery, and custom integrations.
